I will exchange or refund any item still in resalable condition if the customer notifies us by email indicating reason within 3 days of receipt of the item. I will process refunds and exchanges upon return of the original item purchased. All returns must be accompanied by a note stating the reason for return or if the exchange, note the new item. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. This will take approximately 7-10 days from the time I receive your return.

Depending on your shipping request, that is how soon your package will arrive. However, standard shipping can range from 7-9 business days.
